This page describes the SMS text-messaging program operated by Alzar Technologies LLC (doing business as Alzar Logic™) ("Alzar Logic," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains who sends these messages, who receives them, why we send them, and how you can opt in or out.
Alzar Logic sends the text messages described on this page directly, using our own messaging program. We do not send text messages on behalf of, or share your phone number and opt-in status with, any third party, affiliate, or partner organization for their own marketing purposes.
Recipients are individuals who have voluntarily provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox that references these terms. The primary opt-in point is the Alzar Logic app login page at app.alzarlogic.com/login.html; the same optional checkbox also appears on our early-access and contact web forms. Logging in, creating an account, or submitting a web form does not require checking this box — it is entirely optional and separate from acceptance of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. We do not add phone numbers to this program from any other source, and providing your number for other purposes (such as a callback request) does not by itself enroll you in text messaging.
This program is registered as a Marketing messaging program. Messages you receive after opting in relate to the Alzar Logic™ platform, including product updates, early-access availability, promotional offers, and similar marketing communications about our own service. This program does not send appointment reminders, missed-call notices, or other customer-care/account messages — those are separate, non-marketing communications and are not covered by this opt-in.
Message frequency varies based on product updates and promotional activity, up to approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of using the Alzar Logic™ platform, logging in, creating an account, or any purchase.
You may opt out of this program at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL) to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Coverage, delivery, and timing are not guaranteed and may vary.
Your phone number and opt-in status are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how it is used. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
