This page describes the SMS text-messaging program operated by Alzar Technologies LLC (doing business as Alzar Logic™) ("Alzar Logic," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains who sends these messages, who receives them, why we send them, and how you can opt in or out.
Alzar Logic sends the text messages described on this page directly, using our own messaging program. We do not send text messages on behalf of, or share your phone number and opt-in status with, any third party, affiliate, or partner organization for their own marketing purposes.
Recipients are individuals who have voluntarily provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox that references these terms. The primary opt-in point is the Alzar Logic app login page at app.alzarlogic.com/login.html; the same optional checkbox also appears on our early-access and contact web forms. Logging in, creating an account, or submitting a web form does not require checking this box — it is entirely optional and separate from acceptance of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. We do not add phone numbers to this program from any other source, and providing your number for other purposes (such as a callback request) does not by itself enroll you in text messaging.
This program is registered as a Transactional / Account Notification messaging program. Alzar Logic provides automated B2B app notifications and transactional customer care messages for sheet metal manufacturing and roofing workflows. Messages relate directly to your use of the Alzar Logic™ platform and include missed-call follow-ups, alerts when an estimate has been viewed, and notifications when a quote is approved. This program does not send promotional offers, discounts, or other marketing content — those would be separate, opt-in-only communications and are not covered by this notice.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity — such as missed calls, estimate views, and quote approvals — and is not sent on a fixed promotional schedule. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive these SMS notifications is not a condition of using the Alzar Logic™ platform, logging in, creating an account, or any purchase.
You may opt out of this program at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL) to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further account notification texts unless you opt in again.
